What kinds of surfaces will my letters adhere to?
Your vinyl letters adhere best to smooth, clean surfaces such as walls, mirrors, glass, wood and metal.  With a little extra work, they will adhere to slightly textured walls but do not work well on stucco, brick or anything highly textured.  If your wall is freshly painted wait at least 3 weeks for the paint to cure and dry before applying your vinyl lettering.

How do you take the lettering off?
When you are ready to remove or replace your vinyl lettering simply peel off, using tweezers works well.  If you find resistance in the adhesive or if your letters have been in place for quite a while, simply use a blow dryer to heat them up and they should peel right off.  On glass a utility knife also works used carefully.  There may be some residue left from the adhesive, if so, a clean wet cloth or goo gone will take care of it.

What if I don't like the color or font?
We want you to be happy with your vinyl letters.  If you don't like the color or font simply return your vinyl to us within 30 days and we will gladly refund your money or re-cut your letters for you.  To insure you will be pleased with the color simply contact us and we will gladly send you sample swatches of our vinyl.

How do I clean around the quote?
Treat your vinyl lettering like you would a hand painted or stenciled surface, use a clean cloth and if needed a mild soap.  If your vinyl letters are on windows, IE: a vehicle windshield, allow them to adhere for 2-3 days and then clean normally.
